2. Description of Services

Airbnb Ready provides furnishing and property setup services for short-term rental and investment properties, including delivery coordination, furniture assembly, installation, room setup and styling, organization, cleanup, haul-away, and project management. Specific deliverables for any project are defined in the service agreement or quote provided to you.

3. Quotes and Estimates

Quotes and estimates are provided based on the information you share and are valid for the period stated on the quote. A quote is not a binding commitment until a service agreement is signed and any required deposit is received. Final pricing may be adjusted if project scope, property conditions, delivery volume, or access requirements differ from what was provided.

4. Scheduling and Project Scope

Project dates are scheduled based on availability and are confirmed in your service agreement. Timelines depend on factors including deliveries, access, and the scope of work. We will communicate scheduling changes promptly and work with you to minimize disruption.

5. Client Responsibilities

To help us deliver services effectively, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about the property and project.
• Arrange timely access to the property for the scheduled work.
• Ensure furniture, materials, and deliveries are available as agreed, or inform us in advance if procurement assistance is needed.
• Communicate any access restrictions, parking, building rules, or special conditions.
• Remove or secure valuables and personal items before work begins.

6. Payments, Deposits, and Invoicing

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a deposit is required to reserve project dates and is applied toward your total. The deposit schedule and balance terms are set out in your service agreement. Invoices are payable by the due date. Late payments may result in scheduling delays or suspension of services.

7. Changes and Change Orders

If you request changes to the agreed scope, or if conditions require additional work, we will document the change and any effect on pricing or timeline before proceeding. Change orders must be approved in writing or by email.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

We strive to deliver quality workmanship for the services we perform. To the extent permitted by law, our warranty is limited to the work we directly perform and does not cover:

• Defects or damage in furniture, materials, or products supplied by others.
• Issues arising from pre-existing property conditions.
• Normal wear and tear or improper use after project completion.
• Work performed by third parties not engaged through us.

Except as stated in your service agreement, services are provided “as is,” and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Airbnb Ready and its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Airbnb Ready harmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising from inaccurate information you provided, your breach of these Terms, or third-party actions related to your property or project, except where caused by our negligence or willful misconduct.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is owned by Airbnb Ready and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute site content without our permission. Unless agreed otherwise, we may use project progress and completed-work photos for portfolio and marketing purposes; inform us in writing if you prefer your project not be featured.

12. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms are governed by our Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it for details on deposits, rescheduling, and refunds.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts located in California shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes. We encourage good-faith resolution of any issue before pursuing legal action.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
