Airbnb Ready is a furnishing and property-setup company for short-term rentals. We manage the finishes, organization, and coordination that take a property from delivery day to guest-ready—so owners can launch without juggling multiple vendors.
Our services include:

- Assembly and installation of furnishings, fixtures, and décor
- TV, artwork, and accessory mounting
- Kitchen, bath, and amenity setup
- Organization, styling, and the final guest-ready walkthrough
Specialty construction work
Structural, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical construction falls outside our service scope. When a project requires those trades, we coordinate with licensed specialty professionals—engaged directly by the property owner or through referred partners—so the work is performed by the appropriately licensed specialist.
This keeps your project on a clear, professional footing: Airbnb Ready handles furnishing and setup, and licensed trades handle construction work that requires it.
